Job details:
- Drive FPA, budgeting, forecasting, monthly financial analysis, and variance reporting with business leaders.
- Prepare and present MIS, KPI dashboards, management reports, and rolling forecasts to leadership.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations for business decisions, growth, profitability, and retention .
- Support financial consolidation, accounting policy alignment, investor reporting, and internal/external audits .
- Coordinate with Finance and cross-functional teams on new transactions, accounting impacts, and reporting requirements .
- Lead plant-level management reporting and performance analysis across the India region.
- Hands-on experience in SAP and MIS , including data analysis, reporting, dashboard automation, and financial performance tracking.
- Support regional/group-level projects and ad-hoc management initiatives .
