- Required Qualification: MCh / DrNB Urology
- Experience Required: 2 Years
- Provide expert consultation and manage all patients attending the department.
- Provide and ensure Pre and Post OP care to patients
- Effectively and efficiently carry out the clinical work.
- Outdoor OPD’s and other out reach activities.
- Contribution to activities of professional associates.
- Attend Conferences
- Counseling of Patients – Regd. Financial and Procedure details
- Develop programme for DNB in Urology
- Key business driver
- Impart Training to junior consultants and residents in the field of Urology
- Ensure that equipment in the department is functioning satisfactorily or will take necessary corrective action to ensure this.
- May be required to serve on various Committees connected with the working of the Hospital.
- Should maintain all the quality standards and accreditations of this institution. Support the hospital in its various initiatives and committees to ensure better patient care and safety.
o Mortality and morbidity committee
· To ensure that the documentation and medical records of the patients are maintained in order for future reference.
· Develop program for DNB in Urology
· Abiding and upholding the hospital rules.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
