Position: Psychiatrist

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatrist to join our clinical team. The candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, treating, and monitoring patients with various mental health conditions while working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and clinical evaluations.
- Diagnose and manage various psychiatric and mental health conditions.
- Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans.
- Prescribe and monitor medications as clinically required.
- Conduct regular patient reviews and monitor treatment progress.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and clinical documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment and care plans.
- Coordinate with psychologists, psychiatric social workers, nurses, counsellors, and other healthcare professionals.
- Handle emergency psychiatric situations appropriately.
- Participate in case discussions, clinical meetings, and hospital activities.
- Ensure ethical, professional, and patient-centred clinical practice.

ELIGIBILITY
- MBBS with MD/DNB/DPM in Psychiatry or equivalent recognized qualification.
- 2+ years of experience is preferred.
- Freshers with the required qualification are also welcome to apply.
- Valid registration with the appropriate medical council is required.
