Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Frontline Sales Manager to build, expand, and lead a network of commission-based Financial Advisors / Sales Agents. In this role, you will be primarily active on the field—identifying, recruiting, and onboarding potential advisors, training them on our product offerings, and driving sales productivity through them. You will also provide hands-on joint fieldwork support, accompanying advisors to customer meetings to close key sales and hit target revenues.
