Ultrasound Clinical Application Executive
About the Role
Wekta Healthcare LLP is seeking a motivated and customer-focused **Ultrasound Clinical Application Executive** to provide clinical application support, product demonstrations, user training, and post-installation assistance for ultrasound systems. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct product demonstrations of ultrasound systems for hospitals, diagnostic centers, and clinics.
* Provide on-site clinical application training to doctors, radiologists, sonographers, and technicians.
* Support installation, commissioning, and acceptance of ultrasound equipment.
* Assist customers with workflow optimization and advanced application usage.
* Resolve clinical application-related queries and coordinate with the service team for technical issues.
* Conduct refresher training sessions and continuous education programs for users.
* Collect customer feedback and maintain high customer satisfaction.
* Support the sales team during product evaluations, exhibitions, and workshops.
* Prepare application reports, training records, and customer visit reports.
* Stay updated on new ultrasound technologies, software upgrades, and clinical applications.
Required Qualifications
* Biomedical Engineering, B.Sc. (Radiology/Medical Imaging) or B.Sc. Nursing, Diploma/Bachelor's in Medical Imaging Technology (MIT) or equivalent qualification preferred.
* Freshers with excellent clinical knowledge may apply.
* Prior experience in ultrasound applications will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of ultrasound imaging and scanning protocols.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* Ability to train healthcare professionals confidently.
* Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to travel extensively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Experience
* 0–1 years in Ultrasound Clinical Applications, Radiology, or Medical Equipment.
* Experience with abdominal, obstetric, gynecology, vascular, small parts, musculoskeletal, and cardiac ultrasound applications is preferred.
