Accounts Officer | E-commerce Industry
SRJ People Partners is hiring on behalf of a client in the E-commerce / Distribution industry.
📍 Location: VKIA, Jaipur
💼 Employment: Full-time
🎓 Experience: Fresher to 2 Years
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting entries, invoicing and voucher entries
Perform bank, tax and party account reconciliations
Assist with GST, TDS/TCS, ESI, PF and Income Tax compliance
Follow up with customers for payments and assist with debtor analysis
Coordinate with vendors, consultants and suppliers for timely payments
Requirements
Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
0–2 years of experience; freshers can also apply
Good written communication, negotiation and analytical skills
Working knowledge of MS Office and email communication
Ability to learn billing/accounting software quickly
Strong team player with a willingness to learn and grow
