Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard villas, resorts, boutique hotels, and homestays.
- Meet property owners and present The Nivaas partnership model.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close property onboarding.
- Maintain lead pipeline, follow-ups, and CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth property launch.
- Achieve monthly property acquisition targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Hospitality Industry (Mandatory).
- Experience in property acquisition, business development, hotel sales, or hospitality sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel for client meetings.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
