Shift: 6:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (fixed, non-negotiable — overlaps with our international clients)
About the Role
We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who can think like a designer and work like a force multiplier. You'll own the look, feel, and flow of digital products — from first wireframe to final polished screen. This role is for someone who uses AI tools to move faster, not to think less.
What You'll Do
- Design intuitive, high-quality interfaces for web and mobile products
- Build wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design systems
- Translate business requirements and user feedback into clean, functional design
- Collaborate with developers, product, and client teams during the night shift window
- Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, iteration, copy, and asset creation
- Present and defend design decisions with clear reasoning
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of hands-on UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio
- Strong command of Figma (Adobe XD, Sketch, or Illustrator a plus)
- Practical, everyday fluency with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar — including prompt-writing that gets usable output
- A genuinely creative mind: we want original ideas, not templated screens or AI-generated sameness
- Solid grasp of design fundamentals — typography, spacing, hierarchy, colour, accessibility
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
- Clear English communication and the discipline to work independently at night
Nice to Have
- Basic HTML/CSS understanding
- Experience with design systems or component libraries
- Motion/micro-interaction design (Framer, After Effects, Lottie)
