Surge District is building an AI-first creative agency focused on crafting premium digital experiences for luxury brands, real estate developers, hospitality, jewellery, architecture, and lifestyle companies.
We're looking for someone who doesn't just build websitesāthey create cinematic, scroll-driven experiences using AI.
What we're looking for:
ā¢ Expert in AI-assisted development using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Windsurf or similar AI coding tools.
ā¢ Experience building premium scroll-based animation websites with smooth interactions and storytelling.
ā¢ Strong understanding of GSAP, Three.js, WebGL, React, Next.js, Astro or modern web frameworks.
ā¢ Ability to connect AI workflows using MCP with tools like Higgsfield, OpenArt, Krea, Midjourney, Flux, Runway, Veo, Luma AI and similar platforms to accelerate creative production.
ā¢ Experience creating immersive landing pages with cinematic transitions, premium motion design and luxury brand aesthetics.
ā¢ Strong knowledge of CMS implementation, reusable components, responsive design, SEO fundamentals and performance optimization.
ā¢ Comfortable working across platforms including Framer, Webflow, WordPress, Shopify or fully custom-coded solutionsāchoosing the right stack for each project.
ā¢ Ability to transform AI-generated assets into production-ready, interactive web experiences.

ā¢ R3F (React Three Fiber)
ā¢ Spline
ā¢ Blender integration
ā¢ Lenis smooth scrolling
ā¢ Motion.dev / Framer Motion
ā¢ AI workflow automation (n8n, Make, MCP Servers)
ā¢ Headless CMS (Sanity, Payload, Strapi, Contentful)
