About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with minimum 2–3 years of professional experience to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing marketing and branding materials, social media creatives, catalogs, brochures, flyers, and digital content. Candidates seeking long-term career growth and stability will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality marketing and promotional materials including:
- Social media creatives
- Catalogs and brochures
- Flyers and leaflets
- Product presentations
- Packaging and branding materials
- Website banners and digital advertisements
- Develop visually appealing designs aligned with brand guidelines.
- Create engaging content for online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand design requirements.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all communication channels.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines efficiently.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and production files.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong command of:
- CorelDRAW
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual communication.
- Experience in designing catalogs, flyers, social media creatives, and marketing collateral.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Preferred / Added Advantage
- Experience using AI-powered design tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar platforms for creative ideation and content generation.
- Video editing skills with proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Ability to create short-form video content, reels, promotional videos, and social media advertisements.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation will be an added advantage.
