Chiplogic also provides proof-of-concept (POC) and end-to-end IoT system solutions, enabling customers to accelerate innovation. In the AI/ML area, the company builds solutions around its proprietary VISARD™ (Video Synthesis And Real-time Dynamics) framework, focusing on advanced video and real-time dynamics applications. Team members collaborate on cutting-edge technology projects with international clients and partners.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Analog IC Design Engineer with expertise in High Voltage Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design to develop High-Side Gate Drivers and Charge Pump circuits for automotive and industrial power management applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in transistor-level analog design, high-voltage devices, circuit optimization, and silicon validation while working closely with layout and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and enhance High-Side Gate Driver circuits capable of driving up to 80V, leveraging existing IPs and high-voltage technologies.
- Design and optimize Charge Pump circuits capable of generating 10V–12V above a floating supply across battery voltages ranging from 0V to battery voltage.
- Understand existing circuit architectures and evaluate high-voltage device characteristics before implementing design modifications.
- Analyze detailed design specifications and propose architectural improvements wherever required to meet performance targets.
- Perform transistor-level schematic design, simulation, optimization, and verification across PVT (Process, Voltage, Temperature) corners and Monte Carlo analysis.
- Ensure designs comply with reliability, ESD, latch-up, and high-voltage design guidelines.
- Optimize designs for power consumption, silicon area, performance, and robustness while meeting product specifications.
- Collaborate with layout engineers to achieve optimal layout implementation and estimate silicon area.
- Perform post-layout extraction (PEX) simulations and resolve layout-induced performance issues.
- Prepare comprehensive design documentation, simulation reports, and verification results.
- Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and milestone reviews following the development process.
- Work closely with system architects, verification teams, layout engineers, and product engineering throughout the product development lifecycle.
