Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant to manage the organization's accounting, treasury, financial reporting, and budgeting functions. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, effective cash flow management, timely book closures, and strong financial controls while supporting business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting.
- Lead month-end and year-end book closure activities.
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Monitor treasury operations, liquidity, and working capital.
- Manage cash flow planning and fund utilization.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and internal controls.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting and accounting operations.
- Support management with MIS, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
- 7–12 years of post-qualification experience in Accounting, Financial Control, Treasury, or Corporate Finance.
- Strong knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Management, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience in month-end/year-end closures and statutory audits.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial companies will be preferred.
