Role Description The Travel Executive role at Shivraj Travels is a full-time, on-site position based in Jalandhar. The Travel Executive will handle day-to-day travel arrangements, including booking transportation, accommodation, and related services for clients. Responsibilities include consulting with customers to understand their travel needs, preparing itineraries and cost estimates, and offering suitable travel options. The role involves managing reservations, coordinating changes or cancellations, and ensuring accurate documentation of bookings. The Travel Executive will respond to customer inquiries, provide ongoing support before and during travel, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a high level of service and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management to plan, organize, and oversee end-to-end itineraries.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting to assess client needs, recommend suitable packages, and provide expert guidance.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and partners and resolve issues promptly.
- Relevant experience in a travel agency or hospitality environment is beneficial, particularly in handling domestic and international bookings.
- Knowledge of booking tools, GDS or travel software, and basic proficiency with office applications is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Jalandhar, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
- A diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is advantageous.
