Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Noida. The Travel Consultant will design and manage customized itineraries for individual and group travelers to Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia, including accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, and special events. The role involves handling reservations, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring accurate documentation for visas, insurance, and tickets. The Travel Consultant will communicate directly with clients to understand their preferences, provide destination guidance, and respond to inquiries before, during, and after the trip. Daily tasks include working with internal teams and external partners to secure competitive rates, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management for creating and executing end-to-end itineraries.
- Experience with Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including hotels, transfers, tickets, and packages.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle client queries, feedback, and issue resolution professionally.
- Knowledge of destinations such as Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia, including key tourist attractions and local regulations.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple bookings simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Proficiency with travel booking systems, CRM tools, and basic office software.
- Relevant education in tourism
