✨ About the Role
As a Travel Consultant, you'll work closely with travelers to understand their preferences, curate personalized itineraries, and guide them through every step of their booking journey. With in-depth destination training and our advanced itinerary-building platform, you'll be equipped to deliver exceptional travel experiences while achieving your sales goals.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Understand customer travel preferences and expectations.
- Design customized travel itineraries based on interests and budgets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service from enquiry to booking.
Sales & Relationship Building
- Convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
Destination Expertise
- Stay updated on travel trends and destinations.
- Recommend the best accommodations, experiences, and activities.
- Showcase the value of Tentgram's experiential travel packages.
Communication
- Interact confidently with customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Clearly explain itineraries, pricing, inclusions, and travel requirements.

Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Passion for travel and creating memorable experiences.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Travel & Tourism preferred).
- Experience in B2C sales or the travel industry is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of itinerary planning and popular travel destinations.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Malayalam and Hindi proficiency is preferred.
