Telecalling Executive – Hi-Tech Diagnostic CentreHi-Tech Diagnostic Centre is looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer enquiries professionally.
Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
- Explain diagnostic services, test details and appointment procedures
- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer information
- Coordinate with branches and internal departments
- Provide polite, professional and timely customer support
Requirements- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Basic computer and data-entry knowledge
- Ability to communicate clearly and handle customer enquiries
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support or healthcare services is preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
