🎯 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Understand customers’ travel requirements, preferences and budgets
🔹 Suggest suitable domestic and international destinations 🌍
🔹 Design customized travel packages and exciting itineraries 🗺️
🔹 Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails and other platforms 📞💬
🔹 Provide complete information regarding flights, hotels,sightseeing, activities and travel packages ✈️
🔹 Handle customer queries, changes and travel-related concerns professionally
🔹 Build strong relationships with customers and ensure an excellent travel experience ⭐
🔹 Stay updated with popular destinations, travel trends, offers and packages 🔥
🚀 What We Are Looking For:
✨ Experience as a Travel Consultant, Travel Advisor, Holiday Consultant or similar role is preferred
✨ Good knowledge of domestic and/or international destinations
✨ Strong communication and customer-handling skills
✨ Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable travel solutions
✨ Experience in itinerary planning, package costing and quotations
✨ Good sales and follow-up skills
✨ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries
✨ Passion for travel and creating memorable experiences! 🌎
Relevant experience in the Travel & Tourism Industry preferred
