# Job Description – Travel Consultant

### About the Role
Dream Fly Vacation is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic **Travel Consultant** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of international destinations and experience in **B2B travel sales, customer handling, quotations, and booking conversions**.
**Destination Specialists:** Singapore | Malaysia | Thailand | Bali | Dubai
### Key Responsibilities
* Handle **B2B travel sales** and convert travel queries into confirmed bookings.
* Prepare customized **travel quotations and itineraries** based on client requirements.
* Share competitive rates and packages with B2B clients.
* Manage the complete sales process from inquiry to booking confirmation.
* Provide excellent customer service and customized travel solutions.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and business clients.
* Follow up regularly with clients and ensure maximum conversion of inquiries.
* Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
* Maintain accurate records of inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and confirmed bookings.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets.
### What We Are Looking For
* Minimum **2 years of experience in the travel industry**.
* Good knowledge of **Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Bali, and Dubai** destinations.
* Strong **B2B sales and negotiation skills**.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Good customer-handling and relationship-management abilities.
* Ability to prepare attractive and accurate travel quotations.
* Strong follow-up and sales-conversion skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a **fast-paced environment**.
* Positive attitude and a strong **team-player mindset**.
* Passion for travel and delivering excellent customer service.
### Work Timings
* **Monday – Friday:** 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
* **Saturday:** 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM
* **Sunday:** Fixed Off
