Job Responsibilities:
- Issues confirmation of receipt and prepares itineraries/ancillary services information for travelers’ review.
- Prepares airline tickets, and hotel/car rental confirmations in accordance with travel allocation policies.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customers’ emails.
- Performs other duties as directed by the Supervisor.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Manages Global Travel Services (GTS) contract with on-boarded service provider, overseeing day-to-day Aramco Asia Global Travel operations.
- Deliver regular (weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc) reports to procurement and sourcing management, enabling informed decision making.
- Monitor GTS contractor's compliance with contract terms and conditions, minimizing risks and optimizing deliverables.
- Provide general information on visas, travel requirements and documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma in hospitality management, transportation, or business administration and IATA certification is desirable.
- Have at least eight (08) years travel experience with two (02) years’ experience in handling top management/VIP.
- Preferably should hold IATA advanced qualification.
- Knowledge of GDS systems is a must.
- Geography and international destination knowledge are necessary.
- Must be totally proficient in all aspects of international ticketing and must possess extensive knowledge of IATA regulations, airfare calculation procedures and issuance of air ticket/EMD etc.
- Highly organized, reliable and committed.
- Prior call center experience is required.
- Excellent attention to details, care about getting everything right first time.
- Capable of providing excellent customer service over the phone and by email.
- Incumbent must be PC literate including Word, Access and Excel.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Must be able to work to strict deadlines and manage own workload.
- Incumbent must be extremely self-motivated with excellent communications skills (oral and written) and the ability to work effectively with a multinational workforce.
- The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and a customer driven work ethic are essential.
