Job Description
Tethera Capital is looking for freshers to join our Transaction Operations team in Kochi.
The role involves handling digital transactions, verifying payment details, maintaining records, and coordinating with the team to resolve transaction-related issues.
Training will be provided, and no prior work experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify daily transactions.
- Check payment and transaction details for accuracy.
- Maintain proper records and update information.
- Identify and report incomplete or unusual transactions.
- Communicate with customers regarding transaction-related information.
- Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality.
- Coordinate with the team for smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Freshers only — no prior experience required.
- Comfortable understanding and communicating in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
- Responsible, disciplined and trustworthy.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Available to work on-site in Kochi and in assigned shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Training & Stipend
3 months training — ₹10,000/month stipend.
After training, continued employment with salary based on performance and role suitability.
