Role Description The Training and Development Intern will support the design and delivery of student-focused learning programs as part of a full-time, hybrid role based in Gurugram, with some flexibility for work from home. Daily responsibilities include assisting with training sessions, workshops, and classroom activities, and helping facilitate interactive learning experiences for school students. The intern will collaborate with senior trainers to develop and refine curriculum materials, training aids, and learning resources aligned with Brain Excellence Labs’ methodologies. Additional tasks include gathering feedback from participants, maintaining training documentation, and contributing to improvements in program content and delivery. The role offers exposure to educational program implementation, student engagement techniques, and practical training operations in a mission-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development and Training to support the planning and delivery of educational programs.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with students, educators, and parents.
- Candidates should possess skills in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development to contribute to creating and improving learning materials.
- Relevant academic background in Education, IT , AI , Computer science ,Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work with children and adolescents in a structured, empathetic, and professional manner.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced training environment.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (e.g., presentation software, learning platforms) and openness to hybrid work arrangements in Gurugram.
- Candidates need to travel for an executive training programme at schools across India.
