This role is designed for someone who understands construction from a technical perspective but is also interested in *technology, business, customer interaction and SaaS adoption*.
It is *not a conventional Site Engineer internship*.
You will work closely with prospective and existing contractor customers and learn how a modern construction technology platform can simplify project planning, quantities, procurement and execution.
### What you will work on
Your journey during the internship will broadly follow:
*Platform Understanding → Customer Calls → Software Demonstrations → Customer Onboarding → Customer Guidance → Customer Success*
You will be expected to:
* Understand the Bildwell platform and its workflows
* Learn how contractors manage projects, BoQs, materials and procurement
* Speak with prospective contractor customers
* Understand their current processes and operational challenges
* Explain relevant Bildwell functionalities
* Schedule and conduct product demonstrations
* Demonstrate workflows using practical construction examples
* Explain BoQ, quantity, material planning and procurement workflows
* Help customers register and onboard on the platform
* Guide customers through initial platform usage
* Follow up after demonstrations
* Support customers during their evaluation and early adoption
* Capture customer feedback, objections and requirements
* Maintain proper follow-up and CRM discipline
### Why an M.Tech Civil Engineering student?
A candidate with exposure to *Pricing, Quantity Surveying, Estimation or BoQs* will be able to understand and explain contractor workflows much more effectively.

### Who should apply
We are looking for candidates who:
✅ Are currently pursuing *M.Tech in Civil Engineering*
✅ Have an interest in *Pricing, Quantities, Estimation, BoQs or Quantity Surveying*
✅ Have a good understanding of basic construction processes
✅ Have *good spoken English communication skills — mandatory*
✅ Are comfortable speaking with customers and business owners
✅ Can explain technical concepts in simple language
✅ Are confident with online meetings and product demonstrations
✅ Are interested in Construction Technology and SaaS
✅ Have strong follow-up discipline and professional communication
Knowledge of Hindi will be useful for interacting with Indian contractor customers.
### How performance will be measured
This is an outcome-oriented internship.
The two most important performance metrics will be:
🎯 *Number of qualified product demos conducted*
🎯 *Number of customer conversions achieved*
We will also evaluate:
* Product understanding
* Communication quality
* Customer handling
* Follow-up discipline
* Onboarding capability
* Customer success
* Ownership and reliability
The role is therefore not about making calls for the sake of activity.
The objective is to move prospects through:
*Conversation → Demo → Registration → Evaluation → Onboarding → Conversion → Adoption*
