Key Result Areas - Trade Marketing Strategy Execution – Implement and drive regional trade marketing plans effectively to support business growth.
- Sales Growth Contribution – Enhance product visibility and drive promotions to achieve targeted sales growth.
- Retailer & Distributor Engagement – Strengthen relationships with trade partners to improve brand presence and trade participation.
- Merchandising & POSM Deployment – Ensure proper placement and utilization of POS materials to maximize impact.
- Market Analysis & Competitive Insights – Monitor market trends,competitor activities, and consumer preferences to refine strategies.
- Budget Utilization & ROI – Optimize trade marketing spend and assess the return on investment for promotional activities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with sales, marketing, and distribution teams to align trade initiatives with business goals.
- Compliance & Process Adherence – Ensure all trade marketing activities adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or retail marketing, preferably in the FMCG or dairy industry.
- Strong understanding of regional trade dynamics, retailer behavior, and channel marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
- Experience of working closely with Sales & Marketing Team
