About the role:
- We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Retention Marketing Executive with 2 - 4 years of experience in D2C ecommerce, preferably within the beauty or skincare sector.
- Proven expertise in designing, executing and optimizing cross channel campaigns, automations including email, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS campaigns and drip campaigns.
- A strong understanding of customer segmentation, A/B testing and maximizing customer lifetime value.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.

- You will be responsible for driving loyalty and repeat purchases by owning our customer retention strategy.
- Develop and manage the entire lifecycle marketing journey from onboarding to re engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance using metrics like open rate, click through rate, conversion rate and customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with the creative, performance and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Identify opportunities to introduce personalization and optimize marketing automation flows.
