Role Description The Tour Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Tour Executive will plan and organize tours, prepare detailed itineraries, coordinate with vendors and local partners, and manage bookings for transportation, accommodation, and activities. The role includes communicating with clients to understand their preferences, providing pre-tour information, and ensuring smooth tour execution and timely issue resolution during travel. The Tour Executive will also support guided tours coordination, maintain accurate records of tour operations, and contribute to improving tour packages and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Tour Planning and Tour Management to design and oversee end-to-end travel experiences.
- Candidates should possess skills in creating structured Itineraries and coordinating Guided Tours to ensure well-organized and engaging trips.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with travelers, guides, and service providers.
- Relevant qualifications in tourism, hospitality, or travel management, or equivalent experience in the travel industry.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple tours simultaneously, and handle time-sensitive operational tasks.
- Attention to detail, customer-focused mindset, and proficiency with basic office and booking software tools.
