Role Description This is a full-time, on-site operations role based in Gurugram. The operations professional will oversee day-to-day activities related to real estate projects, including coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of processes. Responsibilities include monitoring project timelines, tracking resources, supporting sales and client servicing teams with operational inputs, and maintaining accurate records and reports. The role also involves identifying process improvements, resolving operational issues, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. The individual will work closely with management to support strategic initiatives and help optimize overall operational efficiency.

- Prior experience in real estate, construction, or property management is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic business software tools; familiarity with project tracking systems is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple priorities, and adhere to deadlines.
