Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Saviynt IAM Professionals based in Gurugram. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using Saviynt, including role engineering, access policies, and governance workflows. The professional will configure integrations with directories, applications, and cloud platforms; manage onboarding and offboarding processes; and support access reviews and compliance reporting. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting IAM issues, optimizing Saviynt configurations, collaborating with security and infrastructure teams, and contributing to documentation and best practices. The role also includes participation in security audits, risk assessments related to identity and access, and continuous improvement of IAM controls aligned with organizational security objectives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Saviynt expertise, including IAM configuration, role-based access control, access governance, and workflow management.
- Candidates should possess skills in identity lifecycle management, user provisioning/deprovisioning, directory services (e.g., AD/LDAP), and integration with enterprise and cloud applications.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of information security fundamentals, including access control models, least privilege, compliance frameworks (PCI DSS, ISO 27001), and audit requirements.
- Candidates should possess abilities in troubleshooting, incident analysis, and performance optimization of IAM solutions in complex environments.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, document technical processes, and support end users.
- Relevant experience with other IAM tools or security platforms, scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python), and familiarity with security operations will be beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, along with prior experience in IAM or security engineering, is preferred.
