A TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) – Hindi is responsible for teaching Hindi language and literature to students in Classes 6–10, with a focus on grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing skills, and effective communication. The role includes lesson planning, student assessments, classroom management, and fostering a love for the Hindi language and literature.
📘 Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Implement the prescribed syllabus effectively.
- Lesson Planning: Create engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles.
- Teaching: Cover Hindi grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, writing skills, and literary texts.
- Assessment: Conduct tests, assignments, and projects to evaluate student progress.
- Remedial Support: Provide additional support to students who need improvement.
- Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to enhance student learning.
- Classroom Management: Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Extracurricular Activities: Participate in school events and Hindi-related activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to improve the overall learning experience.
- Professional Development: Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies.

🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hindi or a related field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- CTET or State TET qualification is preferred.
- Prior teaching experience at the secondary level is preferred.
