📍 Location: Nashik (Base location)
🏦 Channel: PSU Bank (Proprietary channel)
🏢 Company: Top-Tier Life Insurance Company
👥 Team: 10+ FLS
💰 CTC: ₹10 – ₹12.4 LPA + Incentives
What we’re looking for:
✔ Candidates based at / from Nashik
✔5–7 years of Life Insurance Sales experience
✔ Minimum 2 years in a supervisory/team handling role
✔ Bancassurance / PSU Bank experience preferred
✔ Strong sales, team management & stakeholder management skills
✔ Willingness to travel across branches
Key Focus: Drive territory targets, FLS productivity, branch penetration and strong PSU Bank relationships.
