We’re hiring: Tender Executive (Government/PSU Tenders), Hapur, UP
Voltaire Power Systems has manufactured servo stabilizers and transformers since 1990, serving IAF, ONGC, BPCL and Indian Railways. We are building an in-house tender function and are looking for someone to own it end to end.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare technical and commercial bids, compliance sheets and BoQ inputs
- Submit bids on GeM, CPPP, IREPS and PSU portals
- Manage DSCs, EMD/PBG, and vendor and portal registrations
- Track every bid through to award, with follow-ups at each stage
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience with government tender submission
- Experience with electrical, engineering or EPC tenders preferred
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Location: On-site, Hapur
Salary: No bar for the right candidate
