Integrated Pack House – Govindpur
Integrated Pack House Govindpur is a modern cold storage and integrated cold chain facility developed under the Department of Horticulture, Government of Odisha. The facility includes cold storage, pre-cooling units, ripening chambers, sorting & grading infrastructure, loading bays, and aggregation centres for efficient handling of perishable commodities.
Strategically located on NH-55 near Bhubaneswar and Cuttack, the facility offers integrated cold storage and logistics support for fruits, vegetables, dairy, processed food, medicines, and other temperature-sensitive products. With 100% genset backup and parking capacity for over 50 vehicles, the facility aims to strengthen post-harvest management, reduce losses, and ensure reliable cold chain operations across Odisha
*Sales & Tender Executive*
*Key Responsibilities*
1. Identify and apply for government and private tenders related to:
- * Cold Storage
- * Cold Rooms
- * Refrigerated Van
- * HVAC & Cold Chain Projects
- * AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
2. Generate new business leads for cold storage maintenance and service contracts.
3. Develop relationships with industries, warehouses, food processing units, pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, and government organisations.
4. Visit clients to understand their requirements and prepare technical/commercial proposals.
5. Follow up with customers to convert enquiries into business.
6. Maintain records of tenders, quotations, customer interactions, and sales reports.
7. Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
8. Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming cold chain projects.
*Eligibility*
1. Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
2. 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Tendering, or Marketing.
3. Experience in cold storage, refrigeration, HVAC, MEP, industrial equipment, or engineering services is preferred.
4. Knowledge of GEM Portal, CPP Portal, e-Procurement portals, and government tender processes is an advantage.
5. Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Email communication.
7. Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a vehicle for field visits.
