Are you experienced in tender management and passionate about the construction and infrastructure industry? We’re looking for a skilled Tender Executive to join our team in Nagpur!
If you have expertise in government and private tenders, e-tendering portals, BOQ preparation, and tender documentation, we’d love to hear from you.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Handle government and private construction tenders.
- Manage Tender247 and various e-tendering portals.
- Prepare BOQs, technical and commercial bids, and tender documentation.
- Manage EMD, tender fees, and submission formalities.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders and compliance with tender requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and complete bid submissions.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in tender management.
- Experience in construction or civil infrastructure is preferred.
- Good knowledge of government tendering procedures and e-tendering portals.
- Strong documentation, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
