Role: Tender Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Research, identify, and analyze tender opportunities relevant to drone technology and services.
• Prepare and submit tender proposals, ensuring compliance with all technical and financial requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary inputs for tender documentation.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of all tenders, submissions, and follow-ups.
• Track and monitor tender timelines, bid results, and provide strategic feedback.
• Ensure all tender documentation complies with statutory and organizational policies.
• Liaise with government departments and private clients as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in tendering, procurement, or contract management.
• Hands-on experience with e-tendering portals and online submission platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Knowledge of drone technology or startup operations is a plus.
