Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end export and import logistics, documentation, and shipment coordination, ensuring timely and compliant deliveries to global customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage export & import shipments from dispatch to delivery.
- Prepare and verify export/import documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, B/L, AWB, COO, LC documents, etc.).
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHAs, shipping lines, transporters, banks, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with Customs, DGFT, RBI, GST, and international trade regulations.
- Track shipments, resolve logistics issues, and optimize freight costs.
- Maintain shipment records, logistics MIS, and ensure customer shipping compliance.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of export-import documentation and international logistics.
- Familiarity with INCOTERMS, Customs, DGFT, LC documentation, and freight operations.
- Excellent coordination, planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Navision/Business Central preferred).
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple accounts/priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in export/import logistics, preferably in manufacturing exports.
