Role Description Excellent communication skills (English & Tamil) , Confidence & positive attitude , Target-driven mindset , Experience in sales/ tele calling (Freshers welcome!) , Problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain learner satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including active listening and persuasive speaking over the phone.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert leads, manage objections, and achieve or exceed tele sales targets.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to clearly explain program details and guide learners on course selection and enrollment processes.
- Relevant experience in tele sales, call center operations, or education services is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Kanchipuram, manage time effectively, and handle high call volumes.
- Comfort using basic computer applications and CRM or call tracking tools.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, communications, or related fields is an advantage.
