Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telesales Executive to support our UAE operations from our Kochi office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to prospective customers, coordinating with the marketing team, and creating business opportunities for the UAE sales team.
This role offers excellent exposure to the international market and a strong foundation for a career in sales and business development. Product and industry training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the UAE market.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Introduce the company's products and services to potential clients.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer relationships.
- Coordinate closely with the marketing team on campaigns and lead-generation activities.
- Update and maintain customer information in CRM and sales trackers.
- Meet daily and monthly call and lead-generation targets.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2-4 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer support, or sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
