💰 Salary: ₹10,000–₹18,000/month + Performance Incentives upto 20k+
🎯 Experience: 1–2 years in BPO / Telecalling / Telesales / Inside Sales
🕙 Timing: Rotational Weekoff (6 days working) (10AM–7PM)
About the Role
We are looking for a BPO Telesales Executive to connect with local business owners, introduce apna.live, and generate customer interest.
Key Responsibilities
Make 40–50 outbound calls daily from company-provided leads.
Explain apna.live and offer a FREE website preview.
Share website links through WhatsApp.
Follow up with interested customers and generate conversions.
Maintain daily call records and update Excel/system data.
Assist customers with basic profile setup.
Requirements
1–2 years of BPO / Telecalling / Telesales experience.
Good Hindi + basic English communication.
Confident and polite communication skills.
Basic Excel knowledge — Updating records and basic formatting.
Basic ChatGPT knowledge for simple work-related tasks.
Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.
Comfortable working with call scripts and targets.
