Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in New Delhi. The Telecaller will make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to inform customers about products or services, clarify queries, and support sales or service processes. Responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating customer records, and following communication scripts while adapting to customer needs. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, meeting daily and weekly call targets, and providing feedback from customers to improve processes. The Telecaller is expected to maintain a courteous, professional tone at all times and adhere to company policies on data privacy and customer handling.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with clear articulation and active listening abilities.
- Customer service orientation, including patience, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset when handling queries and concerns.
- Basic computer literacy, including the ability to use call management software, CRM tools, and standard office applications.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, manage time effectively, and handle a high volume of calls.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, communications, or related fields is beneficial.
- Willingness to work on-site in New Delhi and adhere to assigned shift timings.
