About the Role
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller Intern to join our sales team. The intern will connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, qualify leads, and schedule consultations with our sales/immigration experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads generated through digital marketing and other sources.
- Understand customers' requirements related to immigration, study abroad, visas, and overseas opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on their profile, interest, and requirements.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule appointments/consultations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate call records and lead status in the CRM.
- Achieve daily calling and lead-conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover.
- Ensure professional and polite communication with every prospect.
What We’re Looking For
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Confident and comfortable speaking on calls.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and energetic.
- Freshers are welcome.
