🚀 We’re Hiring – Marketing / Business Development Executive
📍 Navi Mumbai | Freshers Welcome | Work From Office
At Rsmart, we build smart operational and AI-driven solutions for airports and aviation teams across the world. We are looking for energetic, confident, and growth-oriented individuals to join our Marketing & Business Development team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead generation & customer outreach
• Client communication and follow-ups
• Marketing coordination and business development activities
• Preparing presentations, proposals, and business documents
• Supporting international customer engagement and growth initiatives
🔹 Who Should Apply?
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years experience
• Candidates living near Navi Mumbai or willing to travel daily to Navi Mumbai (Work From Office role)
• Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken English are a must
• Strong reading, writing, and presentation abilities
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn
• Interest in aviation, airports, SaaS, or technology solutions will be an added advantage
