Position: Telecaller
Location: Dwarka, Sector 17, New Dellhi
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound and handle incoming calls
• Communicate professionally with customers/candidates
• Explain company services and requirements clearly
• Regular follow-ups with customers/candidates
• Maintain call records and update calling trackers
• Coordinate with the internal team for follow-ups
• Maintain a positive and professional approach during calls
Requirements
• 6 months–1 year of telecalling experience
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English
• Confident and polite personality
• Basic computer knowledge & MS Excel skills
• Good convincing and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
