Role Descr</strong>iption The Telecaller role at BizAstra Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Nashik. The Telecaller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to inform potential and existing clients about BizAstra’s services, including startup advisory, industrial subsidies, and funding support. Responsibilities include explaining service offerings clearly, answering queries, collecting and updating customer information, and scheduling meetings or follow-ups for the advisory team. The role involves maintaining call records, meeting daily and weekly call targets, and providing feedback from clients to help improve services and communication. Telecallers will collaborate closely with sales, advisory, and operations teams to ensure a consistent and professional client experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with clear and professional telephone etiquettes
- Candidates should possess basic sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills to effectively present services and handle objections.
- Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building skills to manage inquiries and maintain client trust.
- Candidates should possess data entry and documentation skills, including maintaining accurate call logs and updating CRM or spreadsheets.
- Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills to handle high call volumes and meet performance targets.
- Comfort with basic computer applications (MS Office, email) and willingness to learn internal tools or CRM systems.
- prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales (especially in financial services or consulting) is an advantage.
