Job Description
- Explain the NGO's mission, ongoing projects, and funding needs.
- Communicate with Donors over calls
- Handle incoming questions or feedback from supporters.
- Handle donor inquiries and provide prompt, accurate responses
- Coordinate donor programs and events
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills:
- Clear and polite verbal communication skills.
- Active listening to understand donor interests and concerns.
- Basic computer skills to update CRM or tracking sheets.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
