We are hiring a TeleCaller with Real Estate/Plot Sales experience. The candidate should be confident in pitching residential plots, handling leads, follow-ups and converting prospects into site visits and bookings.

ยป Make outbound calls to real estate leads.
ยป Pitch and explain residential plots/project details.
ยป Understand customer requirements and handle objections.
ยป Follow up with interested customers regularly.
ยป Convince customers for site visits and bookings.
ยป Maintain lead and follow-up records in MS Excel.
ยป Achieve daily calling targets.

โ 1โ3 years of experience in Real Estate Telecalling / Plot Sales / Property Sales.
โ Good knowledge of sales pitching and lead conversion.
โ Strong Hindi communication; basic English preferred.
โ Good convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
โ Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
โ Target-oriented and confident personality.
