About the Role
In this Founder's Office role, you will work directly with the Founder across engineering, AI, product operations, and company-building — broad, hands-on exposure to how an early-stage technology company is built and run.
Role Details
- Location: T-Hub, Gachibowli, Hyderabad
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Duration: 3–6 months
- Stipend: INR 15,000 per month
- Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM
What You Will Work On
- Engineering: product features, bug fixing, APIs, and testing before release
- AI & Automation: AI workflows with Claude and ChatGPT, process automation, and prompt engineering
- Websites & Content: hedamo.com and altibbe.com — SEO, content, and UI improvements
- Documentation: SOPs, technical documentation, user guides, and release notes
- Operations: QA, production releases, monitoring, and deployments
- Communication: customer emails, meeting preparation, follow-ups, and internal coordination
Technology You Will Use
- Frontend: React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS
- Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, REST APIs
- AI Tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, OpenAI APIs
- Cloud & DevOps: Google Cloud Platform, GitHub, CI/CD

Application Assignment (30–60 Minutes)
Choose ONE of the three options below. The assignment helps us understand how you think, how you approach a problem, and how clearly you communicate. We are not looking for polish or perfection — a focused 30–60 minutes of honest work is enough. You may use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and similar) at any stage; if you do, tell us how you used them.
Option A — Product Review of hedamo.com
Visit hedamo.com and explore it as a first-time visitor, on both desktop and mobile if possible. Identify three specific improvements related to design, content clarity, navigation, user experience, performance, or SEO. For each improvement, cover four points: what you observed, why it matters, what you would change, and how you would implement the change.
Submit: a 1–2 page document (PDF preferred). Screenshots and annotations are welcome.
Option B — AI Workflow Automation
Pick a small, repetitive task from your studies, work, or daily life — for example, summarising notes, cleaning up data, drafting routine emails, or generating a report. Use an AI tool such as ChatGPT or Claude to automate the task or make it significantly faster. Document the task and why you chose it, the exact prompts you used, the outcome, and what you would improve with more time.
Submit: a 1–2 page write-up that includes your prompts and results.
Option C — Build Something Small
Build a small working project: a webpage, a script, or an automation. Use any language or framework; using AI tools to help you build is encouraged. Write a short description covering what it does, how you built it, and what you would add next.
Submit: a GitHub repository link (preferred), or screenshots along with your code and description.
How We Evaluate
- Clarity of thinking: are your observations and decisions well reasoned?
- Practical judgement: did you scope the work sensibly for the time available?
- Attention to detail: is the work careful and complete?
- Communication: is your submission easy to read and understand?
