Position: Founder’s Office – Strategy & Execution

About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, ambitious and execution-oriented professional to work closely with the Founder’s Office.
This is not a conventional desk job. The role will working along business strategy, operations, problem-solving, execution, stakeholder management and new initiatives. The candidate should be comfortable stepping outside their comfort zone, taking ownership and handling situations independently.
We are looking for someone who is a risk-taker, go-getter and problem-solver — someone who doesn't get intimidated by difficult situations and is willing to take responsibility and get things done.
What You Will Do
- Work directly with the Founder on strategic and operational initiatives.
- Take ownership of critical projects from idea to execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, partners, vendors and other stakeholders.
- Identify problems, develop solutions and drive implementation.
- Conduct field visits and market visits whenever required.
- Represent the Founder/Company in meetings and external interactions.
- Work on new business initiatives, partnerships and expansion opportunities.
- Prepare presentations, reports, analysis and business plans.
- Handle urgent and unexpected situations with maturity and confidence.
- Follow up relentlessly until the task is completed.
- Take on responsibilities beyond the conventional scope of a job.
Who We Are Looking For
This role is for someone who:
- Has 5–7+ years of professional experience.
- Is an MBA or Lawyer, preferably from a good institution.
- Is young, energetic, ambitious and highly driven.
- Has a high ownership mindset and doesn't wait to be told what to do.
- Is a natural go-getter and self-starter.
- Is willing to take calculated risks and make decisions.
- Can handle pressure and challenging situations bravely and calmly.
- Is comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Has excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Is willing to travel and undertake field work whenever required.
- Can work independently and is equally comfortable working with teams.
- Has a strong bias towards action and execution rather than just discussion.
