Role Description The Technical Trainer CSE will be responsible for delivering technical training programs in Computer Science and Engineering to undergraduate and postgraduate students. This full-time, on-site role based in Khanna involves designing and updating curriculum content, preparing training materials, and conducting classroom and lab-based sessions. The trainer will assess learners’ performance through assignments, tests, and practical evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to support their academic and professional growth. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with faculty to align training with institutional standards, organizing workshops and seminars on emerging technologies, and maintaining accurate records of training activities. The role also includes mentoring students on employability skills, supporting placement readiness, and contributing to continuous improvement of the training methodology.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Technical Training and experience working as a Technical Trainer, particularly in Computer Science and Engineering.
- Demonstrated expertise in Training & Development, including designing, delivering, and evaluating technical training programs.
- Effective Communication and Training skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse learners.
- Solid knowledge of core CSE domains such as programming, data structures, databases, operating systems, and networking.
- Familiarity with modern tools and technologies (e.g., Python, Java, web development, cloud platforms, or data science) is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Ability to plan and manage multiple training sessions, maintain documentation, and work collaboratively with academic and administrative teams.
