Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IELTS Trainer role based in Noida. The IELTS Trainer will deliver high-quality instruction for all IELTS modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking) in both group and one-on-one settings. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting lessons, designing practice materials and mock tests, monitoring learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to improve performance. The trainer will also guide learners in spoken English, grammar, and test-taking strategies, while supporting their confidence and communication skills. Collaboration with other team members to refine teaching methods and maintain a positive classroom environment is expected.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language.
- Candidates should possess solid expertise in IELTS exam preparation and related test strategies.
- Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and classroom Teaching skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication abilities.
- Prior experience training learners for IELTS or similar English proficiency exams is preferred.
- Relevant certification or degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to motivate diverse learners, manage classroom dynamics, and use varied teaching methodologies.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a learner-focused, inclusive approach to instruction.
