🚀 We’re Hiring | Technical Sales & Marketing Assistant/ Executive – Fresher
Rotocast Industries Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Freshers to join our Sales & Marketing Team.
📍 Locations: Chennai | Bengaluru
💼 Position: Technical Sales & Marketing Executive
🎓 Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / Any Graduate
🧑💼 Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
💰 Salary: Negotiable
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Generate new leads and identify potential customers
• Conduct market research and customer visits
• Understand customer requirements
• Promote Steel Shot, Steel Grit, Cut Wire Shot & Alloy Steel Castings
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Dispatch & Accounts teams
• Maintain customer relationships and sales records
• Support the team in achieving sales targets
• Travel for customer visits as required
🔹 Required Skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel
• Good learning and convincing ability
• Customer-oriented and self-motivated
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Willingness to travel
• Preferd language:- Kannada, Tamil , English or Local Language
Preferred: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production or related fields.
