Job Description
Do you enjoy figuring things out, learning new tools, and getting things done without needing every step spelled out?
Are you organised, curious, good with data, and the kind of person who notices when something looks slightly off in a spreadsheet or campaign?
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Executive to join our Marketing team and help keep the engine running behind our campaigns, data, systems, and day-to-day marketing activity.
This is an entry-level role for someone early in their career, including freshers with the right attitude, who wants hands-on exposure to marketing operations, digital marketing, CRM, automation, data, reporting, and marketing technology.
You’ll learn our tools and processes, work across different parts of the business, and gradually take ownership of more as you grow.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who doesn’t just tick tasks off a list. Spot a problem? Investigate it. See a better way? Suggest it. Something broken? Help figure it out.

- Basic understanding of digital marketing, data, and reporting.
- Curious about CRM, automation, analytics, email platforms, and AI.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
- A willingness to learn, experiment, ask questions, and figure things out.
Who This Role Is Great For
- Graduates from any discipline.
- Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, operations, or related roles.

Travel
There may be opportunities for a couple of international trips each year, including the chance to visit our Sydney office and travel overseas for our annual company meeting.
You’ll get hands-on experience across campaigns, CRM, marketing technology, lead generation, data, reporting, and automation, with room to grow into Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Analytics, or Sales Operations.
If you’re looking for a role where you can learn fast, solve real problems, work with an international team, and grow with a company that’s moving quickly, we’d love to hear from you.
